I have over 20 years Procurement management experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with particular expertise in hotel openings including creating and managing the OS&E budget during Savoy Hotel's £220M restoration project. In 2020 I took the leap to become an entrepreneur as co-founder of Zero Procure. I'm used to (and comfortable with) being the guy behind the desk and at the end of a phone call or email but it is time to get out of my comfort zone and get out there and network.
