I have worked as an Art therapist for 25 plus years in various capacities (inpatient hospitals, outpatient, embedded in schools and health clinics). Fourteen years of this time was part time so that I could be home as much as possible with my 3 children. My approach is client centered, cbt, with some dbt skills and art therapy techniques (of course). I find myself working with clients who have ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have worked with trauma survivors throughout my career.
