Morgan (~10yrs) and Reed Smith, 14+ pqe (England & Wales) - background in emerging technology- in particular data solutions, machine learning, blockchain, licensing, tech related and commercial contracts - previous strong experience in general banking in particular securities and trade services and asset finance/ loans - Magistrate Judge- Central London bench - Interests: non-executive director/ board advisory, strategy, women and child related pro-bono initiatives, ESG.
