Proud to be known as the brain behind Junaid Jamshed's (Pakistan's most prominent retail brand) Customer Experience Academy, JS Bank's D&I journey and L&OD Transformation, Khaadi's (Pakistan's biggest retail brand), year-long Manager Development Journey and Pak-Kuwait Investment company's culture transformation along with several other eminent culture change and competence development initiatives. My interventions aim to shift paradigms, recede cultural suffocations and detect organizational blind spots with precision. I've partnered (directly and indirectly) with domestic and multinational conglomerates. It includes Unilever, Pakistan State Oil, K-Electric, Nestle, Pak Suzuki, Abu Dhabi School of Government, JAZZ, JAZZ Cash, ENGIE, Khaadi, J., SBT Japan, Novo Nordisk, Hilton Pharma, JS Bank, Maersk Shipping, PKIC, Primatics, Shan Food and Soorty. I'm helping individuals and organizations to witness their stories of transformation and development predominantly through Capability Development initiatives, Culture Transformation Journeys and Diversity & Stakeholder Engagements.
