My background is in Human Resources specialising in talent development and organisational change across multiple sectors including manufacturing, public sector, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and retail. I have worked with a range of organizations across the UK and I have experience of working in the US, Canada, Europe and Australasia. During my career I have worked closely with senior business teams and board members, through times of major change, to provide pragmatic solutions and delivering sustained improvement. My experience and insights from my extensive background combined with an ability to see things from a practical point of view mean that I am able to make a real positive difference to individuals and the organisations in which they work.
