I joined Amour Recruitment in November 2022 having worked previously in Marketing for an Academic Publishing company for almost 11 years. This is my first Marketing role within Recruitment setting and look forward to getting to gain a deeper understanding of the industry.

Learning how others have developed personas. I led a similar project in a previous role. However, trying to tackle personas for clients and candidates when we recruit many different types of roles/job titles seems overwhelming. Would love to hear if anyone has any pointers :).

I got pooped on by a Seagull on my wedding day! I was less than impressed on the day!!

- Spending a weekend in Paris for a genetics conference! It was great getting to see such a beautiful City whilst working. - Getting made redundant and landing myself in a role at a higher level, earning a much better wage and working with great people. It turned out to be one of the best things to happen to me!
