I have helped to grow network and independent agencies in the UK, US, and Australia for the past 25 years. Nine years ago, I set up Rachel Raphael Consulting. A successful strategic advisory service to independent and network agencies. My role is to save agencies money and increase their profit by improving efficiencies and optimising output. I have delivered sustainable solutions across a broad spectrum of agencies, from Social Media and Influencer Marketing, to an Insights & Data agency. In 2019 I successfully led an agency transformation project at a global events agency. The brief included recruiting & developing a high-performing senior leadership team, building & focusing them on critical business challenges & drivers of profitability. I also designed and implemented new ways of working, improving operational effectiveness and pitch conversion. These initiatives contributed to the agency delivering its most profitable year to date.
