I spent 8 months in Guyana, South America, living and working on my husband’s family’s rice farm, with our children. It was an experience of a lifetime. I studied alternative medicine (homeopathy) for 5 years. My father, Peter Giles, used to be in a 1960’s prog rock band called King Crimson when they first formed. He played bass guitar. His brother - Mike Giles stayed with the band for years as their drummer.
