I started life as an actress constantly cultivating small glimmers of community and then moving on just as quickly! In 2020 I moved away from this and trained as a personal life coach working with clients such as Sony Music. I am interested in the power community has to support and be a space for personal growth and currently look after an intergenerational community based in London .

I'm not sure it's help but just I'd like to know I'm on the right track, I work in a very small team and positive feedback is few and far between so I'd love to know that I am heading in the right direction.

Although I am from the UK, I spend my formative years living in a small town in New Zealand.
