Leading and co-ordinating our activities within EDI including supporting our Strategic Board and EDI Committee with the design and implementation of our EDI Strategy. This includes supporting our Employee Network Groups and leading on award submissions and employer pledges, as well as report generation and data tracking to identify key areas of focus and growth for the Firm.
