I gather Operational Business Leaders together so that they can spark ideas, share experience and develop thinking. Great businesses are built by confident, motivated and competent leaders. Leaders grow by developing their strategic thinking with challenging and supportive peers. My role is to facilitate this process, helping members become the best leaders they can possibly be. I have a background in business having owned and run a wholesale gift and a property development business. I also has experience working within large engineering departments both in the private and public sectors. I am enthusiastic about how MD2MD brings together business minds from a cross section of sectors to debate and exchange ideas for mutual benefit.
