I'm a former sustainability consultant and estate agent. I currently work for a small chain of lettings agents in the North West who specialise in non-purpose built student households. My department is responsible for all the utility contracts on behalf of our tenants and we are working on various programmes to reduce energy waste and make our portfolio of mainly Victorian properties more sustainable by working with all stakeholders.
