Kayleigh is an Engagement Manager in the CIPD in Northern England team which involves building relationships with and reconnecting with Northern CIPD members and organisations. Kayleigh is also responsible for the running of the CIPD Northern Policy Forum which provides HR and people development professionals with a voice to help shape and influence public policy on the future world of work.
