I am working as a HR Administrator and my main responsibilities are revolving around providing an efficient and professional administrative support for the HR department. I am providing support for the team assisting with day-to-day queries and ensuring the department runs effectively. I have Just started my L3 CIPD course with AVADO so I am excited to gain my first qualification towards my HR Career 😊

One career highlight would be when I worked with my local council to help a autistic member to build social skills via taking them out on a field day, spending quality time and proactively listening to any queries or day to day challenges they may have and providing a solution which works the best for them. Further more I have started my CIPD Qualification which is a career highlight and I think there will be many more to come 😎
