Rob is a vet who spent 17 year in clinical practice mostly focused on orthopaedic surgery before switching career to work in the People Team of an international veterinary business, VetPartners. Rob is responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio including clinical and leadership development, talent management and reward. He is also Graduate Programme Director responsible for supporting 120 newly qualified vets each year as they transition from university to clinical practice.
