Sandra has over ten years’ experience working in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and is passionate about driving behavioural change. She has a master’s in human resource management and has chartered membership with the CIPD. She has worked across various sectors including the public, university and charity sector championing and driving diversity and inclusion practice. She has introduced impactful diversity and inclusion activities and programmes that have resulted in advancing inclusion and equity. She joined RSM UK in November 2020 and through her role has moved the firm further along on its inclusion journey by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Sandra acts as a role model and is passionate about empowering individuals to create a truly inclusive workplace and creating a strong sense of belonging for all.
