I was given several responsibilities within six months of joining an airline operations department, which helped me develop my technical skills, such as P3 lifecycle management, HR management & coordination, Administrative skills, along with some crucial time management, communication, and working with multiple stakeholders, in addition to my main job role, which was operations. This is a fantastic accomplishment for me because, despite being new to the industry, I was the only one who was chosen by the top level management team out of 40 current employees. My manager praised my grasping and managerial skills and ensured senior management that I will be the right fit for additional responsibilities.
