An experienced Legal and Corporate Governance Executive, currently working at Boston Limited. In this role, I oversee corporate governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I also manage the legal aspects of the business, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts. I have a strong focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, developing and implementing sustainability programs, and monitoring compliance with data protection regulations. I am responsible for maintaining accurate records of board meetings and providing advice on governance matters. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for community involvement and volunteering, serving on committees and engaging in activities that contribute to the well-being of employees and the local community.
