I am a Project Manager, a skill I honed after years working in roles where such expertise is core and central to everyday work. I combine integrity, loyalty, and commitment to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget. My decision-making is informed and precise, and I strongly believe in the power of diversity and teamwork. My creative problem-solving skills are trusted and relied upon. My career has included a number of positions of trust that have equipped me with a range of in-demand and transferable skills. I bring to the table effective communication and prioritisation, tact, diplomacy, team-building, time-keeping, the ability to manage expectations transparently and sensitively, the ability to think quickly while keeping a cool head under pressure, and the ability to analyse information from various sources and understand the core message or requirement. I am comfortable in positions of leadership and know how to be led. I embrace change. Another trait I have learned is that of continual development and learning. I take ownership of developing myself and also enjoy developing others. I am excited about new ways of working and new technologies, but I also believe that what is effective shouldn't be changed for change's sake. I am also a Full-Stack software development student.
