I received an internship in one of the banks in Egypt (Banque Misr) in which I helped the employees in the customer service department . in addition, I helped the clients get familiar with the financial products of the bank and succeeded in marketing 20 Mezza cards which are national payment cards. Moreover, I assisted clients in using the ATM as sometimes they face problems in dealing with it.
