"Hello, I am a dedicated professional with a recent MSc in International Business and over three years of experience managing clients, accounts, and sales in customer-facing roles. Throughout my academic journey and employment, I have gained a deep understanding of commercial processes, management, business development, and customer service, which have equipped me with the skills to contribute to organizational success. I have a genuine passion for working in collaborative team environments and thrive on achieving core aims and objectives. Currently, I am actively seeking a challenging full-time role where I can make a significant contribution to the industry. I am open to relocation opportunities to pursue new professional experiences. I am pursuing my MSc in International Business from the University of Chester (U.K.). With a predicted grade of 2:1 or above, my studies focused on modules such as International Business, International Marketing, Understanding & Managing People, Strategic Financial Management, and Managing Innovation. For my dissertation, I conducted research on how customer relationship management affects customer retention in the UK retail sector. Prior to my master's degree, I earned a BSc (Hons.) in Management from IEC University in India, achieving a 2:1 equivalent grade. The program covered essential subjects like Mathematics, Fundamentals of Accounting, Macro Economics, HRM, Marketing, Business & Management. I have gained valuable experience through various roles. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa, I played a key role in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling. I consistently ensured customer satisfaction and resolved conflicts among staff and customers. In my previous position as a Conference and Events Assistant at the same hotel, I successfully planned and organized a wide range of events, delivering excellent customer service and effectively communicating with clients, stakeholders, and managers. Additionally, I worked as a Business Development Associate at BYJU’S Think & Learn Pvt Ltd, where I excelled in consulting with clients, managing leads, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer support. My experience also includes a role as a Senior Claim Process Analyst at Wipro-Anthem, where I analyzed and processed detailed medical claims with accuracy, managed a team of claim analysts, and ensured adherence to process and quality standards. Furthermore, I began my career as a Customer Care Agent at Teleperformance/Tata Sky, providing assistance to customers with TV services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Apart from my professional skills, I possess a wide range of competencies including analysis, research, business development, teamwork, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, adaptability, problem-solving, critical thinking, inclusiveness, and a commitment to lifelong learning. In my free time, I enjoy playing football and guitar, Philosophy and I also take a keen interest in politics and online gaming."
