I work at Tkmaxx part-time as a junior Team Leader, i am responsible for managing Frontline operations including serving at the tills, pushing new stock and maintaining them according to store guidelines, providing excellent customer service and solving customer inquiries. I am currently pursuing MSc Human Resource Management at Brunel University London, Uxbridge.
