I am an ACCA qualified accountant whose passion for DE&I was ignited when I decided to co-lead our belonging in finance squad. It just made sense! I also co-chaired the race, ethnicity, and cultural heritage ERG and am now seconded into a role where I work on projects that fuel my passion to break down systemic barriers for all minority groups.
