I live in Berkshire with my fiancé and two wonderful daughters. I’ve spent most of my career in HR and before setting up on my own, I was People and Development Director for a professional services firm for a number of years. My passions are in leadership and people development and more specifically on how we can create healthy working environments that enable people to grow.

Any work that others have done to improve culture, mindset and resilience which has led to a positive and lasting difference. Also, any info / data on ROI in relation to wellbeing incl. mental health, leadership development, resilience training / development, and personal development.
