My experience spans private (engineering / construction), not for profit (Amnesty International), and higher education (Imperial College, Durham University, University of the Arts) sectors. I have experience of developing and implementing DEI strategies and driving organisational change (top-down and bottom-up). I am passionate about tackling workplace inequalities of all forms, with particular interests in subjects including masculinity, gender identity, neurodiversity, antiracism, widening participation, inclusive leadership and leadership accountability.
