I'm passionate about change and how we respond to it. We talk ourselves into being scared of it but we quite literally couldn't live without it. My mission is to help people equip themselves for the future so that they can make the most of it, not live in fear of it.
That means dealing with the world around you (external factors) and your reaction and attitude toward it (internal factors). I believe that understanding how the world is changing helps you to equip yourself to live your best life for today, and for tomorrow.

Purpose of community
We are the designers of our future, we all have the power to shape what it looks like. In the last few years the world of work has changed dramatically, digital adoption has been sped up, offices are more fluid and workforces are international. How do we want to design the future ahead? What technologies and practices can we implement to foster a more equitable, sustainable future? What standards are we working towards? What is our manifesto for the world of work? The neo-classical economic models we have been reliant on for so long are broken...how can we design a future that works for us all?
In this community, we will collectively define what we want our future to look like by sharing our visions of it. We will encourage discussions around sometimes contentious views/ideas and try to build consensus around them or at least have views for either side. Conversations will include (but are not limited to):
Work-life balance
Wellbeing
Profit and purpose
Power distribution
Business structure and KPIs
Cost
