The aim is for the group to be a safe space for honest and open conversations about the challenges of driving diversity, equity and inclusion at work, share how each other are moving the dial and making progress, and offer tips and support to ensure all members prioritise their own self-care and wellbeing. Who is the community for? • Those with direct responsibility for formulating and delivering their organisations diversity, equity and inclusion strategy – for example Directors, Heads, Leads and Managers of DE&I and HR.
